The project

A clear place for the idea to take shape.

PhotoNest is being built as a calm home for an existing photo library. It scans folders and their subdirectories without moving originals, keeps folder structure meaningful, and makes People, duplicates, albums, and non-destructive editing part of one workspace.

This page records the project’s current direction and confirmed scope. Availability is stated plainly: a project page is a fuller introduction, not a claim that an unreleased build is ready to download.
